What the product does

A multi-tenant AI assistant for Salla merchants: product recommendations, visual search, order follow-up and complaint escalation.

My work on the project

Designed hybrid Arabic full-text and vector retrieval, with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security enforcing merchant isolation. A Shadow DOM widget keeps the storefront experience contained; background queues support the processing pipeline.
