Since 2020, I’ve worked on products in e-commerce, hospitality, logistics and enterprise operations. Each domain has taught me to look beyond individual features and understand how the entire system fits together.

My work brings together backend architecture, interfaces, integrations and cloud operations. More recently, that has included AI sales agents, retrieval pipelines and merchant automation with clear controls on cost and access.

I enjoy turning an unclear requirement into a clear plan, then carrying that plan through to a dependable product.
