What the product does

Backend integration and troubleshooting work around batch processing, Oracle data and Cisco Unified ICM for ZATCA.

My work on the project

Resolved Oracle PL/SQL exceptions in batch-processing workflows and worked on PHP real-time statistics connected with Cisco Unified ICM. The work focused on operational reliability and integration with an existing enterprise environment.
